Personal Summary

Shehzad Roy is a renowned singer/Musician and the Founder and President of Zindagi Trust. He has been honored with three presidential awards , Tamgha-i-Imtiaz, Sitara-i-Eisaar and Sitara-i-Imtiaz for his exceptional contributions to Pakistan, including advocating for the criminalization of corporal punishment in schools. His efforts also led to the integration of Life Skill-Based Learning into the national curriculum, aimed at protecting millions of children from various forms of abuse. Through his efforts with Zindagi Trust, they successfully reformed the Performance Evaluation Report, previously known as the ACR, for government teachers in Sindh from Grade 9 to 16. This evaluation was revised to be more relevant to the teaching profession, as it was previously a general administrative form. As a goodwill ambassador for family planning with the Ministry of National Health Services, Roy is promoting an online reproductive health course linked to marriage registration to enhance family planning and maternal health awareness. Additionally, he serves as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
